"Untraditional" Spaghetti Pomodoro

Hello lovelies! I have always been on the thought that the most delicious food is made on the shortest time. This one, for instance, squash spaghetti with pomodoro and basil sauce, takes as little as ten minutes to prepare and make, and is unbelievably delicious. It´s simply superb! The crispiness and freshness in the zucchini spaghetti together with the warm and silky italian flavour and texture in the wonderful pomodoro sauce is indescribable.

"Untraditional" Traditional Spaghetti Pomodoro
Makes 2 portions
1 zucchini
1 can organic tomato sauce
1/2 red onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tsps dried basil
salt & pepper
some chive
slices of olive
some olive oil

Use a spaghetti maker for vegetables to cut the zucchini into something that reminds of spaghetti. Dice the onion and garlic. Add some olive oil into a saucepan and have the onion and garlic into the saucepan. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour in the organic tomato sauce and season with dried basil, salt and pepper. Let it reach the boiling point before you take it off the heat and pour the pomodoro sauce onto the squash spaghetti. Finely chop some chive, and drizzle that on top together with a pinch of dried basil (or fresh of course) before you serve. Sprinkle over a couple slices of olives and enjoy this "untraditional" spaghetti pomodoro!
